ROSES FOR LIFE

October 18-19, Roses for Life will be offered after all weekend Masses. Please take a rose, the symbol of LIFE. We support Pikes Peak Citizens for Life's mission to foster a culture of life through education, advocacy and community support. Holy Apostles will make a tithe donation on behalf of parishioners. Thank you for Your generosity that allows us to support this worthy cause.

In honor of Pregnancy & Infant Loss Remembrance Day, families who have lost a child in infancy or due to miscarriage are invited to a Mass and candle lighting:

Friday, October 17 at 7:00 pm at Holy Apostles.

Please join us! The Serra Apostolate of Colorado Springs will hold a wine and cheese reception on Saturday, September 20 after Mass in the Parish Hall. Come and learn about Serra's work promoting and supporting vocations in our diocese. We look forward to seeing you!

Family Adoration with Bishop Golka will take place on Thursday, September 18.

The Youth Group is open to 6-12 graders. Come to the kickoff on Wednesday, September 10 in Mary’s House from 6-8pm. Fun, Faith, and Friends!

Our Youth Confirmation (8-12 grade) Orientation session will be held on Sunday, September 7th from 10:30-11:30am at Mary’s House, the building next to the Church. Registration will be available for those who still need to enroll for this coming year. We will be reviewing our Confirmation Handbook containing all the necessary requirements and important information pertaining to the upcoming formation year. Parent(s) and Candidates are required to attend as we will also be covering our Safe Environment Training.

The Parish Office is closed for Labor Day on Monday, September 1.

We still have confessions starting at 7am and daily Mass at 8am.

Can you help with the parish picnic on September 21?

Please come to an informational meeting in the Saint Andrew/Bart room on Thursday, August 21 from 7-8pm.

New families and familiar faces alike! You are invited to a Family Faith Formation welcoming and registration information session.

Please attend on August 10 from 10:30-11:30, in Wicker Hall if you missed the July 27 session. There will be a 20-30 minute presentation of our Family Faith Formation and Sacramental Preparation plans for the year and a walk-through demonstration of how to register for our programs using the updated online registration forms. The remaining time is dedicated to an open Q & A and to provide new families with the opportunity to meet the Faith Formation Director and the Sacramental Preparation Coordinator. Online registration for Family Faith Formation and Sacramental Preparation classes is available from July 27-August 24. To register after August 24, please speak to the Director of Faith Formation.

We recommend that children complete one full year of Faith Formation classes before starting First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion Preparation.

All youth in the diocese are invited to attend the Catholic Youth Swing Dance in the parish hall on Friday, July, 25.

Lesson from 6-6:30pm. Social dance from 6:30-8:00pm.

Your Knights of Columbus next Parish Board Game Night will be July 11 from 5 pm to 8 pm in the Wicker Hall. Game Nights occur every second Friday of the month at the same time. Contact Jason Antrobius at jantrobius.kofc@gmail.com for any questions or donations.

Please join the Women's Ministry after Mass on Friday, July 4, Independence Day, to pray the Patriotic Rosary. The Patriotic Rosary is a powerful prayer for divine protection and mercy for our nation and its rebirth.

Confessions will take place at 7:00am and Mass will take place at 8:00am on July 4.

On June 29 there will be a farewell reception for fr. tom after the 9:00am Mass. please come, no matter which mass you attend!
