Prayer Stations

The Capital Campaign Prayer Team is sponsoring Prayer Stations on Sunday, March 31, from 6:30 am-3 pm in the parish hall, St. James and St. Philip classrooms. Come before or after Mass for an interactive experience to engage in prayer for adults and for families with children. The Prayer Stations invite you to read, listen, reflect, and then respond. Prayer station topics include Holy Apostles as Church/Home, Open Hearts, and Christ’s Light. As we journey through Lent, come check out this new way to connect with God. Donuts and pretzels will be available in the morning and mini-sandwiches after the noon Mass, along with beverages, in the St. John Room.

Due to the snowstorm, we will not be praying outside at St. Francis of Assisi parish as originally planned. Afterwards we will enjoy lunch at a nearby restaurant.

Mark directs the FOCUS North Region across 43 campuses and 175 missionaries and has been developing leaders at FOCUS since 2006. Fat Tuesday Capital Campaign Dessert Contest

Fat Tuesday is an opportunity to indulge before the austerity of Lent.  Plan to attend the first ever Fat Tuesday Capital Campaign Dessert Challenge on March 5 at 6 pm in the parish hall. This tiny town hall meeting is an additional chance to  learn about the Capital Campaign to improve our church. Fr. Baron will be there to answer your questions and concerns. The parish will supply pizza and you are invited to bring your best dessert. Totally unbiased judges (that means you) will judge the dessert. Cookies, Cocoa & Crafts

Join Holy Apostles Mothers of Preschoolers for our "Cookies, Cocoa, & Crafts" Christmas event on Sunday, Dec. 16 between 8:30 am and 2 pm in Mary's House (next door to the church). We will be serving free cookies and cocoa, and there will be fun activities for the kids, as well as a Craft Fair with goodies for all ages! Santa Claus will be making a special appearance from 10:30 - 1:30. Photos with Santa will be available for $5. Cash or checks are accepted at the booths. We hope to see you there for a fun day for the whole family!
