Summer Confession Schedule

Sunday morning confessions will be available on a limited basis until mid-August:

June 30: No Confessions

July 7: 7 am Confessions

July 14: No Confessions

July 21: No Confessions

July 28: 7 am and 9 am Confessions

August 4: 9 am Confessions

Wednesday night confessions will continue as usual from 5:30-6:30 pm. Confessions are also available Monday-Saturday from 10 am-8 pm at the Catholic Center at the Citadel Mall: http://www.catholiccitadel.org/

Summer Mass Schedule: July 1-August 2

During the summer, we will have a different daily Mass schedule for July 1-August 2, as follows:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday | Mass at 8 am | No 6:20 am Mass

Tuesday, Thursday | Mass at 6:20 am | No 8 am Mass (July 4 Mass at 9 am)

The Saturday and Sunday Mass schedule will remain the same, as well as Wednesday night confessions. Click here for the July/August Sunday Confession schedule.

Women's Life Group

Join us on Friday, July 19 at 7 pm in the Holy Apostles Library (located downstairs near the west entrance of the parish hall)! This month’s topic is the Holy Spirit and Charisms. The Women’s Life Group is a chance to get to know other women of the parish and learn and discuss an area of our faith. Join in prayer, relax, and build connections as you reflect on the monthly topic. All women are welcome!

Free Outdoor Family Movie Night

Free Outdoor Family Movie Night

Join us for a free showing of Flushed Away on July 27 on the parish lawn. Fun begins at 6:45 and the movie starts at dusk. We will have lawn games, and hamburgers, hot dogs, burritos and Sno Cones will be available for purchase. Bring a chair or blanket and a jacket. This is event for the whole family--invite your friends and neighbors!

Water World

All youth entering 6th-12th grade and families are invited to join us on a trip to Water World on Wednesday, July 31. Cost is $28.99. Food options are also available for an additional cost.  Registrations are due on July 22.  Pick up a permission form/flyer at either entrance and return to Nicole Wellington. Totus Tuus Summer Children & Youth Program

TOTUS TUUS (The Papal motto of St. John Paul II and Latin for "Totally Yours") is a Diocesan summer program that gathers together college students and seminarians into teams of four each and sends them out to parishes to spread the GOOD NEWS of OUR LORD among children and youth. Meg Hunter-Kilmer, a "Hobo for Christ” (www.piercedhands.com) and a dynamic and passionate speaker on all things about our faith is coming to speak at Holy Apostles about the Real Presence of Christ in the Eucharist on Saturday,  July 6 following the 5:30 pm Mass in the parish hall. Join us for a potluck and inspiring talk! A training session for those in need of Safe Environment Training is scheduled for Saturday, June 15 in the St. Thaddeus Room from 4:00-6:30 pm. The Update training will be from 4-4:30 pm, followed by Foundational training. No 8 am or 5:30 pm Masses on April 20. The Easter Vigil Mass will be offered at 9 pm on Saturday, April 20. Masses for Easter Sunday are at 7 am, 9 am, and noon on Sunday, April 21. There will be no incense at the 7 am Mass, and no Sunday morning confessions.

Prayer Stations

The Capital Campaign Prayer Team is sponsoring Prayer Stations on Sunday, March 31, from 6:30 am-3 pm in the parish hall, St. James and St. Philip classrooms. Come before or after Mass for an interactive experience to engage in prayer for adults and for families with children. The Prayer Stations invite you to read, listen, reflect, and then respond. Prayer station topics include Holy Apostles as Church/Home, Open Hearts, and Christ’s Light. As we journey through Lent, come check out this new way to connect with God. Donuts and pretzels will be available in the morning and mini-sandwiches after the noon Mass, along with beverages, in the St. John Room.
